Charging Structure: Gracechruch WM provide a free, no obligation first meeting so as to establish your circumstances and the possible service/s you require. It is not until we have established that we can help you and gained your agreement to proceed further, would you move onto the next stage of the process where our charges will apply.
Gracechurch work predominantly on a fee basis which can be charged as a percentage of any investment made or where appropriate based upon an hourly rate of the time taken to research and deliver the service required.
At the clients request or with certain financial products we can offer some services upon a commission basis.
Ongoing advice charges will depend upon the level of service desired by any one individual. Again these can be charged as an annual percentage of funds we are responsible for or on an hourly cost basis.

Charging Structure: A fee will be charged for our service. The amount of fee will be disclosed to you prior to the inception of any mortgage and quotes on any illustrations we may provide. The maximum fee we may charge is 1% of the value of the loan. We also receive commission from the lender. Alternatively we work on a fee only basis. An initial appointment is free; thereafter we charge £150 per hour. It typically takes 12 hours to complete the advice and recommendation process of a mortgage.
