Charging Structure: I offer an initial consultation at my own cost then generally offer a commission or fee based approach. Each case is individual but most clients choose the commission option which means that they have no upfront costs to pay me as I am paid by the company/lender recommended but any fees and commission will always be agreed prior to any work being carried out.
