Charging Structure: Our fees are agreed with the client beforehand. For mortgages we charge £1,000 but use any procuration commission received from the lender to offset this. For financial planning we charge on an hourly basis, although we have fixed fees for certain reports. We charge 3% on funds we invest initially. This covers the cost of research, advice and transfer to a suitable vehicle. Once invested we will charge 0.75% of the funds in order to keep the investments under review and to continually utilise available tax allowances. We always offer our clients to choice to pay by fee or by commission.

Our flat-rate depends on who's doing the work. The most junior member of the team charges at half the rate of the most senior member. For each project, we'll choose the member of the cheapest competent member of the team.
