Charging Structure: With regard to fees we discuss the payment options with our clients and answer any questions they may have. We do not charge anything until the client has agreed how we will be paid. There are two options, the client can pay us a fee for our advice and services, or we can collect commission form the product provider following the sale.

Charging Structure: We work on a fee basis, and do not accept commission from providers for any investment or retirement products. This ensures our impartiality.
We are very confident about the quality of our advice, and show this by being prepared to defer our initial fee for up to two years. It only becomes due when your investments have grown by 5% or more - if this has not happened within 2 years then the fee is waived completely. We have never yet had to waive a fee.
