Charging Structure: Our initial consultation with you (which normally lasts one hour) is completely free of charge and without any further obligation.
The purpose of our initial meeting is to establish whether we can assist you with your needs and objectives - if you would like Lentune Mortgage Consultancy to assist you further beyond the first meeting, we will then discuss with you how we will be paid.
Mortgage Advice
For mortgage advice we can be paid an advice fee of up to £750 + VAT - however our typical fee is normally £175 + VAT.
The actual advice fee charged is dependent on your individual circumstances.
We can in addition be paid by commission from the lender upon successful completion of the mortgage - no further payment will be required from you.
If the commission received exceeds £350 we will refund the mortgage advice fee already paid by you.
Protection Advice
For protection advice we normally receive commission from the provider (which is usually an insurance company) upon successful completion of the business.
There is no requirement for further payments from you for our protection advice.
