Charging Structure: For mortgage advice we will receive a fee of £165 payable on application and a further fee of £165 per hour for work undertaken, payable on completion of the mortgage. Our typical mortgage advice takes 4 hours, in which case the fee would be £660. We will also be paid commission from the lender.
As we are independent you have the option of paying £265 on application and a further fee of £265 per hour for work undertaken, payable on completion of the mortgage. Our typical mortgage advice takes 4 hours, in which case the fee would be £1060. We will refund any commission received from the lender.
With regard to the other products which we offer advice on the fees payable would be totally dependent upon the situation and all fees need to be agreed before any work commences. Our normal hourly rate is £165.00. Please feel free to contact us for further information.
